Terms and Conditions
By accepting these terms, a binding agreement shall arise between you and The Trade Institute Pty Ltd. and or any of The Trade Institute’s associated international companies. (Which are all hereinafter called "The Trade Institute")
By accepting these terms you agree to pay the Membership Fee ("Course, Importer’s Club and Website set up Fee") or for the online section set up you have selected under this Agreement. Upon receipt of the Fee, "The Trade Institute" agrees to the following:
Supply to you all modules listed by "The Trade Institute" for your Training Course ("Course Materials"); Answer queries about your Course.
Grant access and answer questions pertaining to “The Importer’s Club” and Business correspondence Templates.
Supply software to build your Website, including designs from the Website Templates that you may use for your chosen product/s.
The Fees may not cover any materials in the running of your business. "The Trade Institute" notes that you may need to provide your own equipment in addition to the online materials or additional add-ons needed to market and run your Website at your extra cost, i.e. Computer, Marketing, Hosting, Office Set Up, Internet Content fees, Samples, Products etc.
Website set up software is included in your membership fees and you are entitled to choose from the many Website design templates available. Web designers and developers are also available to assist you in the development of your Website at no extra cost. If you require any extra Web development beyond the given templates and software supplied, extra charges will apply.
Online Material will be available to you as you progress through the Course, Business Set Up and Website. "The Trade Institute" reserves the right to withhold provision of any Materials in the event that you fail to pay any part of the Business set up fees as and when it becomes payable. If you are paying by installments, you must pay all such installments on or before the due date. In respect to the three payment system, each payment will be paid in consecutive monthly payments in advance of each section being supplied by The Trade Institute.
Irrespective of your progress through the Course and Business Set Up, if you have chosen a payment plan and fail to pay any installment by the due date, the total outstanding balance of the Membership Fee will become immediately due and payable.
The Trade Institute has employed the best authors and professional writers that are available to The Trade Institute to write The Import/Export courses, and have spent valuable time and money to set up the Trade Institute’s online membership, including web development software etc. We have experienced on occasion that our courses and ideas have been copied or plagiarized by certain people and corporations. Therefore our refund policy is as follows. Any people, organizations and corporations joining The Trade Institute have 24 hours to claim any refund. We also add that any refund is totally at the discretion of The Trade Institute.
The Materials which "The Trade Institute" provides to you shall become your property. However, all of the content, including copyright and all other such intellectual property rights, remain the sole property of The Trade Institute, The Trade Institute Pty Ltd. and associated organizations or a nominated third party. You may not reproduce any part of the Course Materials or other Business Set Up materials or ideas without the prior written consent of "The Trade Institute".
The Trade Institute Pty. Ltd. and associated international companies are known as “The Trade Institute”.
